How-To Install Visual Pinball.mp4 (The video is no longer available on youtube because the user closed his account, I put this video on my dropbox)Īnd another one "How-To Install HyperPin.mp4". Setup Guide for VP9 HP UltraVP DMD 1.0.5 tutorial 1.05.pdf Here is also a helpful guide for the VP installation and also youtube videos. That will be helpful for the installation and it is not important how many monitors are connected. Read the "Visual Pinball Installation Guide" linked from gtxjoe. It seems that the installation is not in good conditions. If you deinstall VP you can also delete the Registry Files from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Visual Pinball It's strange that the test tables are running and the other tables don't work. But Bob already answered this, thanks Bob. I see that there are newer versions to download but I hesitate do do that before I get the current installment to work.Should I rename the "Twister (Sega 1996).directb2s" to "Twister (Sega 1996).vpt.directb2s" (adding "vpt" into the name)?Ĭopy/past error. What information should I post here to make it easier to find the problem? The Twister.vpt is located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Visual Pinball\Tables The backglass is placed in: "C:\HyperPin\Media\Visual Pinball\Backglass Images" and named Twister.png. (As I begun this setup several months ago I have the VP version 9.0.2) At the moment I only have the Twister pinball installed. I have followed the tutorial written by Tweegster and GodSin (v1.05). Then after reading and with some help on forums I did get the DMD to show up on (monitor 3), but then the backglass did not show (the monitor 3 does go black when HyperPin is running). The setup is for 3 monitors.įirst I got the playfield (monitor 1) and backglass (monitor 2) to show but not the DMD. This is the first time I am setting up VP and HyperPin.
